In addition to swimming with their clothes on, children will also review water safety rules and reach & throw rescues (as appropriate for their age and skill level). How to Prepare: -Bring your child(ren) fully clothed - preferably long sleeve shirt and pants, socks and clean shoes - to simulate how a water emergency feels
-Make sure your child(ren) are wearing their bathing suit underneath their clothes
-Bring a plastic bag for wet clothes
