Charter Enrollment Directions

Please follow the steps below on how to get your child enrolled into swim lessons using charter funds.

1. Fill out our Registration Form
2. Request a Purchase Order (PO) from your teacher.  See below for pricing.
3. Your teacher should email the approved PO to charter@swim4life.com.  Once received, the PO will be placed as a credit on your account for the amount reflecting on the PO.  You will receive an email confirmation once this is completed.
4. You will then log into the Parent Portal and enroll into a lesson.  First time portal users, click ‘Reset Password’, and use the same email you registered with.
5. Once your child is enrolled into a lesson, you will receive a confirmation email for you to review their start and end date.  Do not attend this class without this email. 
6. Once confirmed, the swimmer will be attending this class every week at the same day/time, until their end date.

*We do NOT allow weeks to be ‘skipped’. If your Charter School will not pay for lessons during a school closure week, you must either pay out of pocket or drop from the class the week prior and re-enroll into a new class the week after closure.

*10% discount offered to multiple bookings, whether it’s one child swimming multiple times per week or multiple children swimming once per week, your second+ booking receives this discount.

Please note with Semi-Private Lessons, you will need to find your own partner and they will either need to swim at the same level or within 1-2 levels apart.
