Lesson Hold Request Form

(A minimum of 48 hours notice is required)
I wish to temporarily withdraw my child(ren) from lessons and pay a $7 holding fee for each lesson missed, with a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks

Our staff will contact you within seven days to confirm dates you have requested to hold as well as any credit you may have.
